We split the work into phases, each with its own price and scope. You decide one phase at a time, and nothing is left open-ended. If the work needs discovery first, the quote follows it.

You always get the price in writing before work starts. Prices are final: we are not VAT-registered (Finnish VAT Act, section 3), so no VAT is added.

Who owns the code?
The software we build for you, and its data, are yours. The source code is handed over as agreed, and you can keep developing it yourselves or with someone else.
Can you work on an existing system?
Often, yes. We first look at what it's built with and what shape it's in, and tell you honestly whether to keep building on it or redo a part.
Where is the data kept?
In the EU by default. If the data must not leave your premises at all, the software and the AI can run entirely on your own server.
